The Ginger Beard himself! Tait began the business in 2015 following a career in Electrical Repair. He is an electrician and has completed degrees in Engineering and IT. “Arte et Marte"

Jessica joined GBRS in early 2019. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with multiple trade certifications.
Benjamin
Joining in mid-2019, Benjamin brings with him qualifications in electronics and experience working on high-end small appliances
Basanta
Joining the Field Team in 2022, Basanta brings with him post-graduate engineering qualifications from RMIT

Kathryn
“Head of the Engine Room”, Kathryn keeps us all in check, sending follow ups on on-going jobs and making sure documentation is complete.
Erwin
Taking care of our bookings via email and phone, Erwin also sends out our initial enquiries to our parts supplier network, and follows up on enquiries from customers.
PJ
Handling parts ordering and estimating, PJ assists us with contacting the customer when we have heard back from our suppliers.
