What are your rates? How much does a repair cost?

Costs can vary depending on the complexity of the repair. To help guide you, we aim to complete a repair within 1.5 hours of labour, and we cap our labour at 2.5 hours.

We offer discounts for booking your repair online, and when you pay by card/tap.

How do I make an appointment?

The best way to find out what our availability is, is to use our online booking form. It will have the most up to date information on when our next booking is.

It is so useful that we even offer a 10% discount on the Service Call Fee when you use it.

Can you repair my appliance? Can I bring it to you?

The appliances that we work on (as well as the exclusions) can be found here.

We solely work on appliances in the home. We don’t have the facilities to work on them at our base.
