Who We Work With

Laundry Equipment That Keeps a Business Running

If a broken washer or dryer is holding up your rooms, residents or customers, we can help work out what's wrong and what it will take to fix.

  • Hotels, motels and accommodation providers
  • Laundromats and shared laundries
  • Aged-care and supported-living facilities
  • Gyms and sporting facilities
  • Childcare centres
  • Strata and property managers
  • Cleaning and other commercial businesses

Fault Diagnosis & Repairs

Practical Fault Finding. Clear Recommendations.

We investigate electrical and mechanical faults, find the likely cause and assess the repair options. The aim is to fix the underlying problem rather than replace parts unnecessarily, and when parts are needed we'll explain the options and their cost.

Not every fault is fixed on the first visit. On specialised equipment, parts availability, technical information and manufacturer support decide whether a repair is practical, and we'll tell you plainly if one of them is the limiting factor.

Before Booking a Service

Help Us Identify Your Equipment

Commercial equipment varies a lot, so we may need to check suitability before accepting a booking. Good details up front mean the right technician, the right preparation and a better chance of an efficient repair.

Please send us

  • Equipment brand and model
  • Serial number, where available
  • A description of the fault
  • Any fault or error codes
  • Site location and contact details
  • A photo of the rating plate, where practical

Email photos to enquiry@gbrs.com.au with your business name, so we can match them to your request.

Service Area

Canberra & Surrounding Areas

We service commercial customers throughout Canberra and nearby areas from our base in Fyshwick. Regional work is considered by arrangement, and any travel charges are confirmed before the visit. See Areas We Service for our standard coverage.

Before You Enquire

Commercial Laundry Repair Questions

Not every one. Whether we can take on a repair depends on the model, how the equipment is designed, and whether parts and technical information are available for it. Send us the brand, model and serial number and we'll tell you before booking whether it's within our scope.

Yes, where the equipment and its installation are within our service scope. Commercial repairs are carried out on site during normal business hours. Some repairs need specialist support, manufacturer involvement or other arrangements, and we'll tell you if that applies once we've seen the details.

No. The $150 Service Call Fee is charged once per job, even if we need to come back to finish the repair. Labour on a return visit is charged at the hourly rate, with a minimum of 30 minutes per visit, and parts and materials are charged separately where applicable.

We're happy to discuss recurring maintenance or repair support for suitable equipment. Tell us what you have on site and how it's used, and we'll talk through what would be practical.

The equipment brand and model, the serial number if you can find it, a description of the fault and any error codes, the site location and a contact person. A photo of the rating plate is the most useful single thing you can send, and you can email it to enquiry@gbrs.com.au.
